Born in Brazil, Diego moved to Dallas when he was eleven with his parents. After working with them in their own business for many years, he set out to build a career in corporate America. Eventually becoming Director of Enterprise Software Sales, Diego really started to miss the blessings and challenges that come from owning your own business. In 2019, just before the pandemic shuttered other businesses, Diego took a leap of faith and launched Premier General Services. He says the timing could not have been better. "While many other jobs were affected and many of my friends were even laid off throughout 2020 and 2021, I was out chasing my dreams, taking care of my family, and growing this business more than I could've ever thought possible."
The Premier General Services team is driven by excellence. Diego says they are continually guided by their slogan (but it's really more of a mission statement): "Being the Difference, One House at a Time." They enjoy dreaming and problem-solving and seeing each project through to completion, each time welcoming another happy member to the Premier family.
Since every home is unique, every project is special. Diego understands the type of communication and planning that is required, so many of his business goals and promises center around being honest, trustworthy, and dependable. "My dream is to make Premier General Services one of the best and most respected companies in our area," added Diego. This combination has given him a winning track record and an inspiring portfolio.
When asked about the advice he could offer he said, "Know your contractor before closing on a contract. It is extremely important to make sure you do your homework. There are a lot of businesses to choose from, so make sure you do your due diligence before hiring. Questions I typically ask are, 'Are you insured?' 'May I check your references?' and 'Will you remain involved in the project?' We have been asked many times to step in and complete a project someone else left unfinished or lacking."
Diego loves being a father and a husband, so if he's not working on a project, you can find him with his family. He's been married for 10 years now and has two beautiful children (ages 2 and 4). The Louzadas also have 3 rescue dogs who have brought boundless amounts of love to their family. He is also fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. Diego says, "The reason for my success and dreams is my family. I guarantee you if it wasn’t for them. I would’ve quit a long time ago. They add fuel to my fire every day."

Georgino Louzada is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a construction project. Planning, organizing, scheduling, logistics, quality control, managing staff and more.
Elaine brings vast knowledge in the Cleaning Industry that is second to none. In charge of the Safety and Quality at Premier General Services and also heads training for all new cleaning staff. The enthusiasm she brings everyday to work is invigorating to anyone around her.
